These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the OhmyPeriod.com website by customers residing in Europe. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

The products offered on OhmyPeriod.com are described and presented as accurately as possible, however minor variations may occur.
The stock is updated regularly. If a product is no longer available after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed immediately and can choose either a refund or a replacement product.

3. Prices and payment terms

  • All prices on OhmyPeriod.com are quoted in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods : Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and other payment options available at checkout.
  • Payment is due in full upon ordering. Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery areas : All European countries.
  • Estimated delivery time : 8-12 working days.
  • Shipping costs : Free in Germany, 4.90 € for the rest of Europe.

OhmyPeriod is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors (e.g. shipping service providers, customs).

According to European law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the order.

Our period underwear is suitable for all types of menstrual flow – from light to heavy – and can be worn for up to 12 hours , depending on the strength.

That depends on your menstrual flow! Our models can absorb liquid for 6 to 12 hours , depending on the strength. If the flow is heavy, we recommend checking regularly whether the absorbency is still sufficient and taking a spare pair of underwear with you.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time. 🚚✹

  1. Rinse with cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Wash in the washing machine (or by hand) at a maximum of 30°C .
  3. Allow to air dry – no dryer to maintain absorbency.
