How do your period panties work?

Ultra-absorbent – Can absorb the equivalent of several tampons. Waterproof & Breathable – Protects against leaks while allowing your skin to breathe. Our period underwear is suitable for all types of menstrual flow – from light to heavy – and can be worn for up to 12 hours , depending on the strength.

How long can I wear my period underwear?

That depends on your menstrual flow! Our models can absorb liquid for 6 to 12 hours , depending on the strength. If the flow is heavy, we recommend checking regularly whether the absorbency is still sufficient and taking a spare pair of underwear with you.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time. 🚚✨

How do I care for my period underwear?

Rinse with cold water until the water runs clear. Wash in the washing machine (or by hand) at a maximum of 30°C . Allow to air dry – no dryer to maintain absorbency.

How do I find the right size?

Our period underwear runs true to size. Check out our size chart to find the perfect fit. If you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for more comfort.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return guarantee . For hygiene reasons, only unworn and unwashed underwear can be returned. Simply contact our customer service for a return request.

Are OhmyPeriod underpants suitable for heavy menstrual flow?

Yes! Our models are designed for light to heavy flow. For very heavy flow days, we recommend our maxi-absorption models , which offer extra protection.

Do period panties completely replace traditional menstrual products?

That depends on your menstrual flow. Many people use it as the only protection measure. However, if you have a heavy flow, you can also combine it with an additional protection option, such as a menstrual cup.

Are your underwear free of harmful substances?

Yes, our underpants are made from OEKO-TEX certified fabrics that are free from harmful substances – for your health and the environment.

How long does a pair of period panties last?

Our underpants are reusable for up to 5 years if properly cared for.
