Our period underwear is suitable for all types of menstrual flow – from light to heavy – and can be worn for up to 12 hours , depending on the strength.

That depends on your menstrual flow! Our models can absorb liquid for 6 to 12 hours , depending on the strength. If the flow is heavy, we recommend checking regularly whether the absorbency is still sufficient and taking a spare pair of underwear with you.
